I'm in Texas, so I have to CC or not carry, this is my normal attire, just how am I supposed to comfortably CC in this? Without 'printing'?

The funny thing is, I posted this same picture to my FaceBook without mentioning anything about the gun on my hip! So far, nobody has even noticed, or at least they haven't mentioned it! (of course they are probably caught up on the fact that I am now beardless...)

Get your jeans a size or two larger and untuck your shirt.

last year when I didnt know anything about gun rights, I had always thought texas was like the mecca of gun rights. A lot of non oc'ers even tell me they think im wrong when i point out myour state of virginia is a gold star state and texas is'nt.

That is true, but also in Texas if I remembering the state correctly, you can shoot robbers in the back as they are fleeing and have no charges pressed. Probably would not happen here in VA.

They may not allow OC but they sure seem lenient when it comes to right to self defense and protecting property.

Untucked shirts aren't exactly 'professional'...
I do have jeans that I can do an IWB and tuck the shirt around it, but even with cant you can still often see either the butt or the top sight poking out. The best I have come up with so far is a shoulder holster under my shirt and on my thicker shirts it works fairly well. (Wrangler pearl snap 'work' shirts generally) (this is Texas afterall, that IS considered 'professional')
Also, as tall as I am, I would have to buy really REALLY long shirts (finding the regular 'tall' shirts is hard enough!) to cover a gun on my hip.

The point isn't 'how can I cc' The point IS that it would be much easier to OC and that the whole 'People will be scared to see people wandering around with a gun on their hip...' Which means that this pic on my FB page ought to be scaring people left and right, yet, nobody (other than DK) seems to have even noticed!

As I understand it, you can carry an antique 1800s type handgun openly in Texas, right?

If I lived in Texas, I'd probably carry a repro Colt Walker.
