...too funny, the court explains that the laws existence is not a injury, yet without the law existing there would be no potential injury to someone, at sometime in the future. Maryland LEAs have demonstrated time and again that their largess is not to be relied upon...just cuz they ain't done sumtin to someone yet don't mean they ain't gunna do so in da future...IOW, don't trust cops...ever...
