Look at the "Armed Citizen" snippets in the NRA magazines. Many of those are many months older than the magazine's issue month.

further, the bloke pull the firearm from a concealed location not from the shower area...oh right, the bloke chased the bad guy and shot at his vehicle - unlawful act...

so...the newspeek gun blog misled it’s readership as well as the readership of the OC forum membership.

What is the law in Ohio regarding felony breaking and entering..."castle doctrine" law, defense of property, if any...the point of the story, as old as the incident is...is in the title, as poorly written as it is...ya never know when SD will be required...shooting the fleeing suspect...not good decision making there...

Does Ohio law require a victim of an attack to attempt to retreat or escape before employing self-defense?
