Who and how would someone (in Wisconsin) check your openly carried weapon to determine whether it was being carried with one in the chamber? As long as you weren't doing anything illegal, nobody is looking inside.

For the most part, it seems Wisconsin's laws don't have a whole bunch of the Mickey Mouse exceptions that some other states have. I read thru that posted FAQ sporadically just to refresh my thinking. I'm on and off school property quite a bit, about the touchiest thing I have to deal with.
