On the two pamphlet links, Florida is listed as a state that honors the Washington CPL. Last I heard, the two states mutually excluded each other in 2013. I checked handgunlaw.us and it indicates the two states do not reciprocate. Thanks for all the work you do.

I believe the exemptions to concealed carry permit requirements are worth noting as the seam to be news to almost anyone I tell them to, including so called gun enthusiasts and even some (most?) LEO. (The open carry talk in Spokane comes to mind)

Also, is there any clarification to establishments that have liquor control board signs on the doors, but become a full blown bar after a certain time. (Like they serve lunch/dinner to all until say 8:00 pm, in which case the entire place becomes 21 and over) seams black and white to me, in that carry WOULD be allowed, but such things are not always the case. Thanks again bill.

I really don't think the concealed option has any place in an OC world. The idea is to normalize the every day OPEN carry rules and regs, not promote concealed(hiding) carry

Edited version reads.....front page left side....
Those without a valid CPL may carry a firearm in a vehicle only if the firearm is unloaded and not concealed in any way on the body. (RCW 9.41.050) Exemptions exist in RCW9.41.060 for "lawful outdoor activities, to include vehicle carry."

the exemptions exist for carry of a loaded pistol, regardless of concealed or open carry. Without noting these exemptions someone would assume that you absolutely cannot place a loaded pistol in a vehicle without a ccp. Open Carry or otherwise.
This exemption is a way for a carrier to get around some of the Ludacris requirements of obtaining and utilizing a ccp. So it is in fact, very anti-permit.
Please read carefully before you nit pick apart my posts

Update: 4/25/15

SAF (Second Amendment Foundation) is going to take over the WashingtonGunRights websites. In addition they will also pay the few to renew the domain name "OpenCarryWashington.com" till Jan 2019. All it is, is a redirector to the Washington forum. There's nothing involved in maintaining it but someone should look into hanging onto it just for ease of access when talking to folks.

Zach Ashby (Tacoma Open Carry) took over the I-5 trash cleanup

If there is something that needs my attention please get to me before May 12th, after that I will only accessible by email and long distance.

I still have the website code for WashingtonGunRights and the latest last WGR pamphlet. I'll serve the code up on one of my servers if anyone is interested in taking it over, finding hosting and domain fees, etc.
