Looney said he also anticipates legislation, if not filed by today's submission deadline then later as an amendment in the legislative process, to limit the size of handgun magazines.


I am not sure how this will be written...will have to wait and look at the specific legislation..but Sen Looney was big in passing the state AWB, is very much anti civil rights and from past actions it seems generally hates freedom altogether. This is something to watch out for.
